At Living Libations, we want you to be delighted with your botanical treasures. If a product does not resonate with you, we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our botanical concierge team via email or our online portal within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original glass containers and include a copy of your invoice with the RA number clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your return package to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method to ensure your items arrive safely for processing.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit, typically within 5-7 business days.
